We have a 7-day return and replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately (within 48 hours) at anaghakart.shop@gmail.comwith an unboxing video if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement.
To start a return, contact us at anaghakart.shop@gmail.com. If your return/replacement is approved, we will provide you with the correct return shipping instructions and logistics details. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method or bank/UPI transfer within 7 to 10 business days.
